Harlin's Helpers will provide our clients with trained and experienced attendant care professionals. An essential component of our training curriculum also includes input from clients receiving our services to ensure we are providing a service that is designed with the client in mind. Each potential employee will begin with an interview and thorough background and reference checks. Potential employees identified next complete Harlin’s Helpers, Inc orientation program. Orientation Program will indoctrinate potential employees to the business practices of Harlin’s Helpers and also ensure our application, certification and licensing documentation are completed properly. To ensure quality customer service, Harlin’s Helpers has implemented a continual monitoring and training program. The training program will consist of a voluntary component that will always be available to employees to access for personal development and a mandatory component required to be completed by all staff including those not providing direct in-home services. A monitoring vehicle with client interaction allows for client input in a manner that they feel comfortable and open to share. Harlin's Helpers understands that our attendant care professionals are the face of our company and strive to provide excellence in service to our clients.
